We’re based in Southern California and Arizona, but we love to travel! Whether you're planning a Palm Springs estate wedding, a desert celebration in Scottsdale, or a dreamy destination in another country, we’re happy to come to you and plan an amazing wedding weekend!
For Partial Planning and Full Service Planning, we typically work with clients who have a minimum overall wedding budget of $100,000. This allows us to deliver the elevated experience and design expertise we’re known for.
If you’re booking our 90-Day Coordination package, there is no minimum budget requirement – we’re happy to jump in and support you, wherever you are in the planning process!
Yes — we offer venue research as an à la carte service! If you haven’t secured your venue yet, we’re happy to help source and recommend spaces that align with your vision, guest count, and budget. This includes curated suggestions, guided questions to ask, and personalized insight based on our experience.
Whether you're dreaming of a coastal estate, or something totally unexpected, we’ll help you find the perfect spot. We are also a preferred vendor at several venues, some of which include Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm, Estancia La Jolla, and Bel Air Bay Club
We’ve worked at dozens of venues across Southern + Northern California, Arizona and Mexico. If we haven’t worked at yours yet, we’re pros at getting up to speed quickly with site visits, custom floor plans, and vendor coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. We love finding and executing weddings at new and unique venues! Even if your venue has a required planner, please still contact us as we are able to schedule meetings with their team to chat through the option of coming on board.
We are the first to arrive and the last to leave! Our team oversees every detail — from vendor arrivals and setup to managing the timeline, styling decor, cueing the ceremony, and handling any last-minute surprises. Our goal is for you to be fully present and stress-free while we take care of everything behind the scenes.
