Ahh, summer! When the heat is on and the sun stays up late just like us. The perfect time for relaxation, appreciation, and enjoying all the bright little bits of nature. Craving a celebration during this time but have no idea how to bring all the elements of summer together in perfect fashion? Well have no fear! Being with loved ones- whether family, friends, or both- always calls for some champagne! Just like the summer breeze, keep drinks light, fun and crisp. Prosecco with fruit, rosé, sangria even- great summertime drinks to keep your company cool and refreshed!

Keeping on the lighter side of things, we made the appetizers fresh and flavorful. All of the ingredients came straight from Trader Joe’s, our favorite one-stop shop. Salmon tartines, an old-school berry salad, and light cucumber finger sandwiches are simple & delicious treats. All easy to prep and even more fun to eat! And you can’t forget about your sweet tooth. Simply Brigadeiro added the perfect treat to the mix. Have you ever heard of brigaderos? If not, they are a bite sized (gluten-free & preservative free) gourmet dessert. 

And for later evening festivities – throw in some comfy blankets, and even cozier lights for an atmosphere so full of gratitude and love, your guests will never want to leave!
